SPARK Collaborative Working Board Member Jessica Lee co-authored this critical work, elevating the status of Title IX enforcement. During President Trump’s second term, the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights has resolved far fewer cases than his first term or the ten-year average, and has not resolved a single case of discrimination based on sexual assault, sexual harassment, or pregnancy/parental status.
