Fatou Sy is a student parent pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity while raising her two sons, ages 11 and 16. An immigrant and single mother, she is dedicated to providing her children with a strong foundation built on education, integrity, and resilience. With a background in Civil Engineering from Paris, France, Fatou’s journey to U.S. citizenship showcases her determination and adaptability. Passionate about cybersecurity, she specializes in penetration testing and data privacy, advocating for stronger digital security practices. A Phi Theta Kappa member, Fatou is driven by a strong work ethic, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a belief in fostering inclusivity and respect in the tech industry.
