In celebration of the International Day of Families on May 15th, Ascend at the Aspen Institute launched the Parent Advisor Program Microsite, a new resource co-created with 11 student parents from their 2023 Postsecondary Success for Parents (PSP) Parent Advisor cohort to support organizations hoping to better center parent voice in their programs. The microsite shares strategies, tools, and reflections to help organizations and institutions authentically center student-parent voices in the design of policies and programs that impact their lives. It's part of Ascend's ongoing commitment to elevate family leadership and build more responsive, equitable systems.
