The 2025 Higher Education Policy Conference will be held Aug. 11-14, 2025, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The annual Policy Conference is the preeminent gathering of leaders from state higher education policy agencies, national higher education policy organizations, institutions, and state and federal government.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about trending topics and perspectives and hear from leading higher education experts from across the nation. The Higher Education Policy Conference will feature ample space and time for networking with your colleagues.
