Approximately 1 in 5 students is a parent, and 66% of those students are without a formal childcare system. Parenting students consistently surface childcare as their top barrier to staying engaged in college and career training programs. While initiatives and policy work is happening at the federal and state levels to increase the seats available for childcare, parenting students need a solution today.
