Sarah Galison, MSW, is the Program Administrator for Graduate Students with Children at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is the main point of contact for MIT student parents, had a lead role in the successful launch of the Institute's supplemental need-based Grant for Graduate Students with Children, and has significantly increased student parent programming since starting at MIT in 2023. Prior to MIT, Sarah was a research associate at the Higher Education Access for Student Parents Research Initiative, where she conducted a national survey of colleges and universities with resources for student parents.
Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree at Endicott College, and her Master of Social Work at Boston College.
